Registered unemployed individuals up to the age of 40 are invited to apply for participation in training programs aimed at acquiring skills in the field of IT, specifically for one of the following modular program packages:
This initiative aims to involve unemployed individuals to enhance their skills in the fields of information technology and human resources, with the goal of increasing competitiveness and faster integration into the job market.
To participate in the training, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Unemployed individuals who have already completed advanced training for IT skills are eligible to participate in training for another advanced IT skill. If the number of registered candidates exceeds the intended target, those who haven't participated in advanced IT skills training before will be given priority.
The training modules are planned to be held in Skopje and other designated regions of the Republic of North Macedonia, either in-person or online, depending on the expressed interest of the registered unemployed individuals.
A minimum of 10 registered and selected candidates is required to hold training in a specific region. The Training Center is obligated to assess the candidates' knowledge levels beforehand and assign them to the appropriate training program.
In case of a tie in the number of pre-test points among candidates, the principle of diversity and inclusion will be applied, giving priority to unemployed women.
Unemployed individuals can apply for training until the predetermined number of candidates is reached.
The training for each modular program package should be conducted in the Macedonian language, within a maximum period of 4 months from the finalization of candidate lists. The training will consist of at least 10 participants per program package, based on the training provider's plan.
Candidates are required to register for the exam within a maximum of 3 months after completing the training. Those who do not pass the exam within the regular timeframe have the right to retake the exam, but at their own expense.
Candidates who have attended the training regularly, meaning they have attended at least 70% of the sessions, will receive a certificate for completing the training and a diploma for successfully passing the relevant exam.
Rights and obligations of the Employment Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia, training providers, and participants will be regulated by a specific agreement.
Interested unemployed individuals can submit their application at the Employment Centers, every working day from 09:00 to 14:00. The public call will remain open until the planned number of participants is reached.
